The actual construction happened in the 13 days that were available between the previous exhibitions dismantling and the opening night of Art Bar. As the creator, Jesse Sherburne guided and managed the construction as well as other aspects that would typically coincide with not only a major art exhibition but a bar opening and extensive cultural event. All aspects were considered by Sherburne on both a professional operational level and conceptually poignant level and included conducting interviews, finalizing poster designs, working with sponsors, organizing audio/video components, scheduling DJ’s and maintaining timelines for completion.
