This series of work looks at the historical legacy of the “drip” style attributed to Jackson Pollock and the high modernist abstract expressionist position vis-à-vis contemporary art practices. These works also employ multiple semiotic signifiers attributed to different art historical lineages in order to generate new works that inspire dialogue and critical debate.
