This foundation level assignment requires the student to grapple with concept and color. In this assignment the student is asked to first match the color scheme of the original package as well as write an essay outlining the demographic the product is created for and why the colors were chosen for that demographic. Next they are ask to then create two new demographics and create color relationships for the new demographics. One demographic must be clearly defined as existing (concrete research available) and the other needs to be fantasy (speculation and deductive).
This project is created by using paint chips which are cut and glued to create the color schemes.
